When is Kalamar Players Guide out?

Does anyone know when the Kingdoms of Kalamar Players Guide that has been advertised in Dragon Magazine is coming out? The ads dont say, and I dont see it on any release schedules I've looked at.

From a response on Kenzer & Co.'s boards to the same question:

We've had a few glitches with the printer (and WOTC). They're ironed out now, luckily. The product should ship around April 21. Frankly, we'd have expected it to ship this week, but, alas. It could take as many as 4 weeks to be on store shelves depending on the ordering habits of the retailer.

Of course, some lucky folk could find it as early as April 30...
