Limit Break Dancing (He/They)
When something goes wrong* in your game, who or what gets blamed?
Me. It's always my fault, somehow. Seriously, I checked.
The Dungeon Master. They're supposed to be in charge, how could they let this happen?
The players. They are always ruining everything. Does everything have to be a combat?
THAT player. We all know the one. (And if you don't know who this player is, I've got some bad news.)
The Core Rules. They can't account for everything, but we sure need them to.
A third-party rules supplement. We should know better than to trust the Internet.
A house rule. We should know better than to trust our DM.
The dice. Random numbers, amirite? Don't trust 'em.
Bad judgment. Haven't you ever heard of "retreat?" Does the word "deescalate" mean anything to you monsters?
Literally anyone or anything else. Wizards of the Coast, the cast of Critical Role, Reddit, the d20 mechanic, kids these days, vape pens, whatever
Nobody/Nothing. lol, nobody really believes this but I'll include it as a joke.
(In case you couldn't tell, this is not intended to be a serious thread. I'm poking fun at myself and people like me: those who are too quick to point fingers, and too slow to take accountability. If you find yourself getting angry and defensive in this thread, you should probably take a break to cool off. Maybe go eat something, and look up the word "irony" in the dictionary.)
The option you want isn't on the list? Tell us about it in the comments!

*this can be anything at all. The party was wiped out with a TPK, the game has become unbalanced, someone rolled up a bard, Kevin ordered pineapple on the pizza, whatever.
