D&D 5E When will the Player's Handbook be released for WPN Wizards Premier Network stores?

Now that I have the Starter Set from my local WPN store, and have downloaded the Basic rules, my attention has turned to getting my hands on the Player's Handbook. I know the official release date is August 19, but was wondering if it has been announced if this will be released to WPN stores early as was done with the Starter box, and if so, what date?

The WPN premeire store date is 11 days before the release date.
