Where can I find the IKCG online?

It's not on Amazon, and I can't figure out how to order it from the PP site. I looked at the Distributers page, but the ones I looked at seemed to only sell to retailers. Where can I order it online?

Last I heard it was delayed at the printers due to print issues. They said it should be available by the middle of july. So, no one has it at least i dont think they do. I would order from http://www.rpgshop.com. I have good experiences ordering from them.

SOME people do have it, namely the 100 or so people at origins who got copies, other than that its not available yet. soon though, it was supposed corrected from the printers friday or today, heres me hoping.
