Where exactly is Sayre located?

I'm DMing a group that's doing the Scales of War adventure path. I'm trying to do some foreshadowing about the city of Sayre and also Nefelus, but I cannot figure out where these are in reference to the other places such as Overlook and Brindol. For example is Sayre south of Overlook? across a river? even in the same plane?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Luckily, I wrote it.

It's mostly in the adventure, but sort of buried. Akma'ad is about 140 miles southwest from Overlook (p. 45), nestled right up against a mountain. Sayre is 20 miles away from Akma'ad (p. 50), to the south.
