Where for art thou Tasloi?

Does anybody know where I can find the stats on the Tasloi? I checked in the creature conversion files, but had no luck.

I can't even remember where the monster was presented in the previous editions. I think it was introduced in an adventure module, but I can't recall which one.

Any help would be great. I can convert it myself if I can find the original source material.

Cool! "Wherefore" means "Why," not "Where."

Also, you should always tip at least 15% in an American sit-down restaurant.

I believe that they are in the 3rd edtion Oriental Adventures. It has been around 3 years since I poped open that book but am about 90% that they were listed in that book.
As for 1st edition, they first appeared in "Dwellers of the Forbidden City."

Yep, they're in OA.

I seem to recall hearing that their stats were somewhere else too- a FR book, maybe Shining South or Lost Empires or somethin'.

See, that help IS great. I was having a fairly rough day, but you brought a smile to my face. :) Plus, I learned something. Bonus :D

Thanks for the references guys. I'll check with my friend that has OA and see if I can find them.

I think they were in Dwellers of the Forbidden City, but my copy of that module is long since gone. Good times... Good times...

I can't wait to spring those little critters on my players. If I remember correctly, the Tasloi can be ambush kings.

Good good! I was afraid you'd be annoyed at my silliness.

(Now that the question is answered, I'll give an even greater tangent: take any opportunity you can to see The Complete Words of Shakespeare, Abridged, in which not only is the "wherefore" matter addressed, but you also find out how Romeo got the nickname "Butt Love.")
