Unfortunately, I know of no official Moonsea regional sourcebook. I'd recommend the 1995 2e AD&D accessory "Moonsea" for general background; there's VERY little edition/system related statistics in that booklet, though it isn't up to date with the turn of the edition. You could also check out the 3.5e "Mysteries of the Moonsea," though I personally am not familiar with the content of the book and couldn't vouch for how much is flavour text and setting description and how much is taken up by 3.5e-specific stats. Again, the book is going to be a century and change out of date due to the advancing of the timeline for the Spellplague and its undoing, though visually there's not much different between 3.5e Realms and 5e Realms (as opposed to the pretty different 4e Realms). And the AL admins have put out this free document updating the town of Mulmaster post-Elemental Evil. City Guide: Mulmaster - Dungeon Masters Guild | Dungeon Masters Guild Finally, do check out the AL Season 9 Content Catalogue, as it has maps and details of the Moonsea towns and settings featured in the AL and a selection of CCC adventures listed and hyperlinked to the DMs Guild. The The CCs from Season 3 to Season 9 did this; the Season 10 CC only features the content for the Icewind Dale and Dreams of the Red Wizards storylines. The thing is, no manual of the Moonsea will be up to date because the Moonsea is the living setting of Adventurer's League, both the (now discontinued) CCC adventures, and most of the WotC-published AL and EP (and old EN and EX) adventures.
