Actually, from reviewing the thread we get Rulemaster: Where's that pie that someone said they were baking? Shilsen: They didn't bake it, because an employee at the pie store said he'd prefer it if we didn't bake pies ourselves. BardStephenFox: Some employee said he didn't like us baking pies as soon as we bought the pie mix, so cergorach is waiting, but yeah, that pie would be great Buddha the DM: It looks like WoTC were baking a pie for us, but I can't find where it is. BardStephenFox: No, that was a different pie I think Buddah the DM: Oops Ranger REG: Bake the pie yourself! Why do you expect other people to bake pies for you? Various: I don't see why the pie shop would sell pie mix if they don't expect us to make pie... BardStephenFox: I do bake my own pie. It would be easier if it was baked for me, and I'd appreciate it. ... Ranger REG: You're spoiled. How dare you prefer it when someone else bakes your pies for you! You think everything should be done for you, don't you! Finished pies are just for bakers - normal people should be satisfied with pie mix. It's just like meatloaf! Erratic K: Actually the grocery stores don't have a problem with people selling ready-made meatloaves. Meatloaves are for everyone. The bakery thing is just like that - pie is for everyone, and there's no problem with people baking it for you. Pre-baked goods are good for the community at large. Halivar: Hey - if I sold pie for a minimal fee, you mean it would be fine for me to buy pie? Crothian: What part of the recipe says that pies should be baked and given to other people? Ranger REG: I think people are spoiled because bakers delight sells pies. It's just like playstations Henry: No it's not, it's like pie. Ranger REG: Yeah, you've got the pie mix, bake it yourself. Me: Noone said you couldn't, they just said that it would be nice to have a pie that someone else baked, then everyone went nuts about how pies were unethical. Ranger REG: Ahh, but first someone said that they expected to get pie, not pie mix. Me: Actually, from reviewing the thread we get Rulemaster: Where's that pie that someone said they were baking? Shilsen: They did...
