Like, there is a sidebar in the ranged combat section that talks about the optional cover rules. That's a pretty good way to go, IMO.I also like the way SWADE and the 5E DMG do it: a specific chapter that presents the optional rules as game customization tools, explaining not just what the rules are but how they change your game.</blockquote>
