Was thinking about using complete adventurer and making a spellthief but they're a bit too specialised and not too tricky to build (Still sounds fun but i'll just roll it up and play it someday rather than wasting time now copying out its funky abilities)So then I was reading a thread on counterspelling being the borken and thinking that the little I've seen of it (an opposed adventurers party two fighters two mages against us a druid a mage and a paladin, with the mages readying to counterspell and causing us all sorts of confusion) and the concept, sounds fun.So a rogue sorceror (all the diploming and bluffing) or rogue wizard (all the skill points) going into the daggerspell mage prestige class with a nice high search and disable device and with the feast to counterspell in combat focusing on battlefield control and buffs debuffs and that sort of shtick.</blockquote>
