It didn't NEED anyone else on his side).  Unfortunately, we very stupidly positioned ourselves directly opposite of each other. Anyone remember that great scene from the Robert DeNiro movie "Ronin" where he ambushes Sean Bean's character with a cup of coffee? Unfortunately, none of us had seen that movie beforehand.  Anyway, so we're opposite each other, firing away at the Skelebots. It isn't long before someone misses and the DM has him rolling percentile dice to see if he hits a party member. Surprise, surprise, it was the Glitter Boy who missed. And yes, he made the percentile roll. The Millennium Druid got hit flat in the chest with a Boom Gun blast. Guy looked good as dead, as his Bark armor only had 60 MDC, while the Boom Gun does 3D6x10. So the Glitter Boy player rolls for damage...  1...  2...  ...and 3!  60 MDC exactly! That Druid survived by the SKIN OF HIS TEETH, though his Bark armor got blown right off his back. Suffice to say, we all got out of the Glitter Boy's line of fire after that...</blockquote>
