Which Edition is AEG's Wilds Book?

Is the new Wilds book by AEG, which arrived today 3.5 or 3.0 compatible? I ask because it has more ranger classes and after Mercenaries, Monte and others, I don't know if I need any more 3.0 versions.

The rangers in it are mostly spins on the Mercenaries' Ranger. Which isn't a bad thing, but as the ranger has been officially fixed, it might be a hard sale.

I'll have to look it over then with a crucial eye as it seems you're saying that it's 3.0 and that it's based on the old mer ranger from Mercenaries.
