Oops. Yes, I did completely miss that. The problem with that, aside from the simple fact that ITCK fixed a number of chronic problems that the PsiH psion has, is that the more sourcebooks you use, the more flexible wizards potentially become. If you play a telepath, try to convince your DM to use the Psionics content on the Wizards website. The Upgrade Power and Chain Link feats are especially useful for telepaths. The great advantage that power points have over spell slots is that you can use as many higher level powers as you have points for. When you consider that Mass Suggestion costs only slightly more than double the cost of Suggestion (11 vs. 5), yet has a higher save DC, double the range, and affects 1 creature/level, upgrading the power when you gain 6th level powers is extremely worthwhile. Mass domination is even better, costing less than double the cost of Domination (13 vs. 7), while having a higher save DC, affecting 1 creature/level, and working regardless of whether you share a common language. If you play a telepath, I seriously avise that you have at least a 12 strength (or use the secondary discipline variant from ITCK with Psychometabolism). You're going to want one of the Body Adjustment powers, and Animal Affinty is an absolute must-have for every psion.
