Red Arrow, Black Shield. It was in my opinion the greatest
total war module, where the success in the adventures
affected the war effort in many ways, the players could
command the armies themselves, and the scale covered
all of the Gazetteer countries (which was a lot).
You could even play it as a pure strategy game.
