Which one is better for half-breeds?

First Post
I was looking at two books yesterday when I was in the mall, and I was wondering which one was better for half-breeds, Bastards & Bloodlines by Green Ronin, or Encyclopaedia Arcane: Crossbreeding. Any help you guys can give would be most...helpful.

Also, does anybody have a release date for the third book of Fiends by Green Ronin, the one on daemons/yugoloths? I think it's called "Hoards of Gehenna".

EDIT: fixed the title.

Depends on what you're looking for from the book, Blackshirt5.

Bastards & Bloodlines is a book that presents a bunch of half-breed races, tailored to be playable characters or usable as weird and wacky adversaries by the GM. It also has associated feats and prestige classes.

As I understand Encyclopedia Arcane: Crossbreeding, it's more of a rulebook for player character wizards, a "how to" manual for creating cross-breeds. Different focus entirely.

Hoards of Gehenna hasn't been released yet. I'm not sure of the projected release date on that one, but I think it's set for fall.

Nicole
