Whirling Blade and the Duskblade

just got to look at the PHB II and the duskblade class
the spell Whirling Blade from Complete Arcane isnt on their spell list, but seems very appropriate (the spell throws a sword, attacking all in a line)
should i expect problems if i give Duskblades access to it?

I don't think so. It's a good spell, but if you allow other casters access to it, then the duskblade should DEFINITELY be able to cast it.

Add in Power Attack, Wraithstrike and Channel Spell, and you've got yourself a winner.

Although I prefer a Warblade's Lightning Throw maneuver myself.
