Who has the license for Dark Sun D20?

looked on Necromancer games forum board and saw a post on there that GR didn't get it. Now i am wondering who has the license for doing a Dark Sun D20 version? Anyone know?

Alderac Entertainment Group, I think, but I don't recall seeing anything on their website, either. It was in the news, a month or three back.

There was a rumor about that around the GAMA show, but I don't think anything official was announced one way or the other.

I think it is AEG but you know how they are about not announcing anything on their sight intil right before the product comes out.Heck they don't even have way of the ninja or the 7th seas book listed there yet but we know they are coming out in june 2002 from other sources.

I thought it was athas.org. I know they've got official sanction and co-operation. WoTC gave them the draft of one of the old TSR products that never got released, and they edited/converted that, so they must have pretty close ties.
