That was weird, but they had standards. Anyway, she died when the party was facing a cabal of evil wizards backed up by several dragons. In an effort to escape, she was the first party member to jump through a dark opening at the back of the cavern they were in.  It was a sphere of annihilation. I was... annoyed.I should have asked why one of the other characters was nicknamed stumpy. Turns out the party *always* put sticks into any whole before jumping through after a nasty incident of this nature. Kill the newbie.</blockquote>
