You can turn melee damage into Lightning damage (so any melee class more or less). The power on it triggers when you deal lighting damage and allows you to Raiden teleport to another enemy within 5 squares and make an MBA against it. Picking up a Ki focus is from either MC Monk or Assassin (both have some minor utilities to them so they're both good). Fun times. Though I dunno if a Ki-focused weapon that has a Eberron Shard of Lightning (+1 to lighting damage rolls) would work with the Ki focus. I think it should.</blockquote>
