GW's shops staff tend to really be into the games. If you ask them about their games or ask for anything related to GW, they can't do enough for you. They become proficient painters, memorise catalogues and have no problem looking after the kids.What they lack is proper training and what they have is excessive pressure to meet targets.Also, considering how much unemployment is out there, I think they would probably get enough candidates to be able to afford quite a lot of good people!</blockquote>
