Why have dissociated mechanics returned?

He is widely reviled by the 4e crowd and I doubt they are even giving him a chance. His kickstart is doing well though and I have contributed hoping I can remove them from my games. But each time a new article gets posted my hopes sink a little bit more. So he is making a game for them not me. Weird eh?</p></blockquote><p></p>
