Ok, I know everyone here is either being funny or ranting but I need to give you something to consider. I use to drink 3 litres of Cola a day (at least). This included Coke, Pepsi Twist (bad stuff but highly addictive) and sometimes Jolt, where I could get it. Add onto this a three to four chocolate bars a day habit and I was completely out of control. Then I found out I had a condition called a fatty liver where so much fat was building up in my liver from the sugar and sweets I'd consume that it was expanding to the point where it would cause me intense pain. What I did was hard, I gave up cola cold turkey. I had to, it was killing me. I won't drink any type of cola anymore and am trying to give up carbonated drinks altogether, which has been a struggle. (Just today I drank a two litre container of Sprite.) Also, when I gave up cola, I lost around 30 pounds just by flushing the drinks residue out of my system. (It didn't hurt that switched to brown bread and skim milk.) Now, I'm not perfect. Like I said, I still have problems with conbonated drinks such as Sprite and other really addictive drink called Mellow Yellow. I've been heavy into Iced Tea, which has caffeine it, even if it doesn't say it on the label (this replaced Coke for a while but I dropped it as well). Right now, I'm drinking mostly Lemonade (a mix where I can control the amount of sugar added), water, skim milk and juice. In conclusion, be careful how much of this stuff you drink. It could kill you like anything done to excess. Later, KF72
