Right now, I believe that RPGNow is the market leader for downloads because they're reacting fast to the marketplace and really care about their customers. That's what will keep them in the forefront. PDF sales are a tiny part of the overall business right now, but they're a growing part of the business. The companies that strive to be the best will be the ones that benefit from the boom when it one day arrives.</blockquote>
