Coupe that with the traditional MT weaknesses related to caster/manifest level and access to high level spells, it's not all you are claiming.IME, most campaigns of the level the OP is speaking of are rich on high SR creatures. Lacking the levels and the higher level SR-defeating spells seem to be a potentially common handicap.</blockquote>
