Now this seems like a nice orderly debate :) my 2 cents... Holy Day and Holy Warrior combined can guarantee a 1 point win. I realized that about a week ago and was wondering when people would see it. This will actually hurt honor and sash fighters more than yakuza or darkness and here is the reason - Holy Warriors fighting villains will tend to post first against those with dirty trick. I thought about changing Holy Warrior slightly but decided to see how often it became an issue first. Anything unbalancing is subject to change without notice ;) The immunity provided by the Holy Warrior sig is the only balance to the Dark Fighters Corrupt spirit. I do like the fact that with the new rules you sometimes have to give consideration to what your opponent can do and that there are ways to counteract almost anything. Holy Day/Holy Warrior could be used against a honor warrior for example to counter a fist of fury, but doing so takes away the 2 point advantage. As for the style of the match. The easiest way to solve this is decide in the challenge phase what is on or off the table. Silence in this case can hurt, so if you are afraid of style matches, strategy matches, etc. Just say so in your challenge or acceptance of the challenge. And for white belts, if you had not yet noticed, the higher tiered fighters have all the advantage in a speed match :)
