Wild Dragonhide Plate - Wildshape and Natural Armor Interacations

Can someone please confirm for me that +1 Wild Dragonhide Plate adds +9 to a Druid's AC, even when he is wildshaped. I'm pretty sure that's correct (both the +9 and that it applies to his wildshaped form). Can I also confirm that this +9 to AC stacks with any natural armor bonus the creature may have.

What about if on top of that the Druid casts a spell that gives him an enhancement bonus to his natural armor. Does the enhancement bonus stack with the natural armor bonus of the creature he has wildshaped into?
