So...in a previous discussion there was talk about how Practiced Spellcaster would benefit single class characters. That was in the back of my head when I was perusing the Complete Arcane and read the description for the PrC Wild Mage.
It says you permanantly reduce your caster level by 3, and in return add 1d6 to your caster level whenever you cast a spell.
If I were to take Practiced Spellcaster (Wizard) if I was a Wizard6/WildMage1 would my caster level then be 7+1d6?
I realize the answer is an emphatic NO in the spirit of the rules, but this is a RAW discussion.

PS Another thing that comes to mind discussing Practiced Spellcaster...its a good fit for a single class caster that has taken racial HD levels (Lizardman Druid or somesuch).
