Wild Shape and Feature Powers?

The druid's wild shape feature power states, "While you are in beast form, you can't use attack, utility, or feat powers that lack the beast form keyword." What about feature powers, like the paladin's divine challenge? They are not classified as attack, utility, or feat powers, so should they be allowed to be used?

Right. You can use item powers, too. Oh, and racial powers -- the halfling druid gets to Second Chance in beast form.

Well... it depends on the power, but yes.

The Essentials Fighter stances can't, A healing word can, Rage Strike can't, etc.
