Wild Shape and Greater Wild Shape

I and a Dm are in a quandry about the use of Wildshape. I fixing to start a character that is 13th level total 5 druid 8 shifter and was in need of finding out what specifically the druid gets from being able to change into these new creatures

like with changing into a dragon do I get the entire fly speed and all 6 attacks a round or as at 8th level i get the undead and construct type as well so do I get to turn into a Clay golem and gain those special abilities

Thanks in advance for your help

Off my mind, I'd say that the shifter gets all the extraordinary abilities of the new form (including movement speed and attack routine), but not its type (e.g. dragon, construct,...), or supernatural and spell-like powers.

The desciption of teh abilty says it works just like wildshape with certain exceptions. therefore, you should get the ex. abilities. You also can pick which equipment stays with you in your new form and which melds in, but otherwise its just like wildshape.

Try to talk your DM to allow you to get subtype abilities. According to the Sage's rulings, you gain neither type nor subtype -- which means that turning into something with the fire subtype could kill you (if, for example, you turn into a salamander, you'd have it's extraordinary "burn" ability but not have any resistance to it!).
