Wilder / Barbarian?

I distinctly remember seeing a set of rules - possibly feats - demonstrating the synergy between the Barbarian class and the Wilder from EPsiHB. Now I can't find them anywhere.

Were they in a Dragon magazine somewhere, and I just forgot, or are they in a rulebook hidden so well I can't relocate them?

There were two feats in the Players Guide to Eberron that allowed you to identify your ancestor. One of the possibles was a combat-type quori. I think you got to have barbarian or wilder as favored class and something else.

There was also a feat that let you get back power points at the end of rage (or someting about raging and wilder surge) in another book, but I can't remember the details.
(which usually means I'm wrong but anyway)
