Witch touch attack delivered by familiar

The animal makes the attack, though it's based on your BAB. It has to use it's str bonus unless it also has weapon finesse as a feat, which most do other than toads.
Attacks: Use the master's base attack bonus, as calculated from all his classes. Use the familiar's Dexterity or Strength modifier, whichever is greater, to calculate the familiar's melee attack bonus with natural weapons. Damage equals that of a normal creature of the familiar's kind.
Deliver Touch Spells (Su): If the master is 3rd level or higher, a familiar can deliver touch spells for him. If the master and the familiar are in contact at the time the master casts a touch spell, he can designate his familiar as the “toucher.” The familiar can then deliver the touch spell just as the master would. As usual, if the master casts another spell before the touch is delivered, the touch spell dissipates.
Don't forget your tiny familiar suffers an AOO for attacking with a reach of 0 ft.

Doesn't Battle Familiar and Familair Lurk works around that little problem? If you think about improving your Familiar a bit more I belive those are must have.

What Pathfinder book are those in?
I beleive there's Battle Familiar, Spell-Linked Familiar and/or Improved Familiar in the APG. I will check it in a few, tho.
EDIT: My bad, I'm sorry. I think I missplaced the feats for the ones on Complete Arcana/other mysterious source. But Improved Familiar is there, strangely.
Let me rephrase my fail:
Get Improved Familair when you can and put your hands on a Mephit or Quasit or Imp, they are very thrustworthy allies (I had a Dust Mephit back on my times). Know one or two few nice tricks also.

The dust mephit is fine for the Wind wall, but it seems like he would die easily, unlike the two demons. Sad I am a good witch.
Aren't Mephits only gaining fast healing in some rare conditions. (eg. lava/ water/dust)
