Withdraw from Combat when Nauseated?

Hurtoc

First Post
A character is nauseated due to finding himself in a Stinking Cloud and failing the Fort save. He is adjacent to a foe that threatens his square.

Can the character withdraw, moving away from the threatened square without provoking an AoO?

Withdraw is a full round action, and reviewing Nausea in the d20srd.org Condition Summary, I see this:
"Nauseated: Experiencing stomach distress. Nauseated creatures are unable to attack, cast spells, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The only action such a character can take is a single move action per turn."

Sounds like you can only do a single move action, which prevents a full round withdraw correct?

Restricted Withdraw
If you are limited to taking only a standard action each round you can withdraw as a standard action. In this case, you may move up to your speed (rather than up to double your speed).

So it looks like you can.

If this question has anything to do with Sea Urchin poison in a certain low level adventure, I'd be tempted to change it to one round nauseated, then one minute sickened rather than one minute nauseated.
