Wizard Help!

I am at work and the answer is not in the SRD, or at least I could not find it.

How many spells does a wizard start with in their spell book and how many do they get at each new level (that is 2 I think but I want some confirmation).

Wizards start with all cantrips. They gain 2 spells at level up in their spell book. I don't recall first level spells they start with, perhaps 3.

AFAIK 3 + Int 1st-level spells.

Wizards start with all cantrips (except for those from any banned schools, should they be a specialist).

Furthermore, they have 3 first level spells, plus 1 per point of Intelligence bonus. They may choose these spells themselves.
