So when you run up and start to stab Farmer Giles as he reaps his corn (very handily using his scythe with profession farmer) and he tries to defend himself with his scythe and can't fight very well (-4 non proficiency penalty) he swings like hes cuttign corn and you move he tries to slash but he hasn't practiced that.
