They contacted me back via facebook and directed me to a page where i had to sign into their website. Once I did that they had me select the miniature with the issue and print off a custom packing slip. I have like 90 days to send it out and haven't done so just yet. But the process looks as if I will send out the armless elf along with the custom packing slip and they should have a new one sent in a few weeks.On one hand it does seem rather like a pain to go through just for a $1.50 mini, but in some ways I would really like for them to fix their own problem.
