An unidentified woman was taken to St. Mary's Medical Center after a police officer found her walking naked near the Vann Park Apartments, according to an Evansville Police Department report.

St. Mary's said that information it obtained about the woman led officials to believe she ingested mushrooms, according to the report.

About 8:45 a.m. Sunday, a motorist informed the officer of the woman. After circling the block, the officer caught up with her at Ponderosa Place.

According to the report, she was incoherent and unable to give her name or the place she was headed. She was taken to St. Mary's by ambulance.
