Golarion halflings are a big and frequently overlooked part of human society, though I'm expanding their demographics a bit. Even then, I think in standard D&D settings, halflings have a decent claim on the second most populous civilized race; they're small with relatively short lifespans and socially likely to go undercounted.* Among my more nonstandard additions, both in general and Golarion wise. IMC kobolds have strong LN tendencies, and are underfoot and a large part of the workforce in many human cities.</blockquote>
