Hey guys, another World of Darkness post. My story teller asked me for help, one of the characters is going to be awakened soon, and he wanted me to help make a puzzle. (since my char wont be a part of his Astral Journey, it didnt matter that i knew the solution) The character in question is going to become a Mastigos Mage, who focuses on Time and Space. The storyteller requested that the puzzle is a single large open room, based/inspired by the xbox arcade game, Braid. As the character will be spending dots on Space and Time, it would be cool if the direction he moves changes the flow of time forewards and backwards like Braid World 4. The player must get a hold of a Crystal(the key) and place it on an alter (that will open the door into the tower(where he signs his name)) As the braid puzzles are very complicated, and are mostly about jumping on enemies, i found it hard to think of a good time and space puzzle, and thus came to this forum for help once again. NOTE: As the player has no magic yet, he has to solve the puzzle simply by walking/jumping/moving/flipping switches/pushing objects and the likes. I was thinking that North and West move time forewards, East and South rewind time. Standing still stops time. The Crystal is NOT affected by time, i.e. if it is moved by something, it stays still when time rewinds. Also maby some switches are unaffected by time, so the player must solve this. Anyone got any suggestions?
