If the problem were the Fortitude/Reflex/Will saves, I could understand that since those terms were in 3E's SRD but they're not in SRD 5.1, but TSR-era D&D seems to have everything it needs within SRD 5.1. Even the concept of Psionics is there from the Monster Manual entries, and you can develop whichever system you want to get a proper retroclone of psionics rules.Epic levels are missing to get the CMI of BECMI, but surely you can invent rules for Levels 20-50 without referring to those?</blockquote>
