WOTC Battle Maps

First Post
I really like the new WOTC battle maps from the Fantastic Location series and the Red Hand of Doom.

Does anyone know if there is a list of all of the adventures/products that come with the new battle maps?

I bought a used copy of Red Hand of Doom not knowing that the maps were missing, so I'm not sure what those look like. I know that the War Drums Starter Set comes with two battle maps. The new adventure, Shattered Gates of Slaughtergarde, has a double-sided map highlighting the most involved encounter areas in the adventure, but the areas are disconnected so it's not exactly like the Fantastic Locations maps.

The D&D Basic game has 4 double-sided oversized tiles (as big as the box) that are in the same style as the battle maps.

Frostburn and Sandstorm each have 4 mini-battle maps in the back, the half-page kind that came with the older boosters. There was a Dragon issue that had some of those as well but I can't remember which one. I always thought they were too small to be very useful.

The full-sized miniatures game style maps have been limited to the Fantastic Location series (Fane of the Drow, Fields of Ruin, Dragondown Grotto, Frostfell Rift), the War Drums starter set. Dragon magazine had two (Drow Outpost, and a slightly different style Dragon's Lair, without victory areas). The miniatures approved play also had the Lost Temple map without victory areas (which is downloadable from the WotC site).

Red Hand of Doom and Thge Shattered Gates of Slaughtergard have battle maps with the appropriate scale, but the maps tend to be much smaller and limited. Dungeon magazine had a couple of smaller maps as well (a ship map recently tied to the Savage Tide and a map tied to one of the last Age of Worms adventures).

Dragon 337 had Drow Outpost. I can't remember on the other one.

You might also look into the Paizo product that is similar to Dungeon Tiles... can't remember what it's called.

Issue #322 has the Dragon's Horde map and issue #337 (sadly, out-of-print at Paizo, available as PDF) has the Drow Outpost. The Lost Temple map can be downloaded at the DDM map & terrain page.

Your best bet for the Drow Outpost map would be eBay (no issues showed up either active or completed when I just checked) or 3rd party dealers. This dealer seems to have some in stock, assuming they keep their page up-to-date. Noble Knight also seems to have it as well.
