WotC boards ... problem? (Merged with WotC taken over by Avalon Hill)

WotC boards ... problem?

okay, so ... um ...

right then ...

whenever I try to click on one of the WotC boards it puts me into Avalon Hill's Axis and Allies boards?

anyone know what's going on?

(or am I just going slightly mad?)

WOTC forums taken over by Avalon Hill

There are some problems with the links to wizards.com forums. Alll the old forum url links, even from the main D&D site, are currently pointing to Avalon Hill forums.

All the various D&D forums can still be found at this updated url:

What's this WotC you speak of?

Avalon Hill has ALWAYS been there. They bought out TSR a few years back and shelved AD&D, remember?

I just wnet over to the WotC DnD boards, looked the same. I have them bookmarked, so if there were any changes, i would have seen them. Maybe they had troble, had to change them over, now they are back.

Yes, I'm just kidding.

I dunno. I saw it just the same time you did, and did a triple-take, myself. My best guess is that they are doing some server updates, and are ONLY finished with the Avalon Hill part of it.

But Eberron leads to NO forum, and the D&D forum leads to diplomacy, of all ironies.

Hey, Ken, here's an experiment: go to www.wizards.com, and go to the message boards from their links. Tell us if you still see the proper forums. I get a bunch of avalon hill forums still, and the forum jump menus ONLY show Avalon Hill forums.

I know I'm not Ken, must be minced meat or something, anyhow I wait for the main page to load, and then from the top menu I select messaged board, new page loads, and I click Eberron and I get Eberron.
