WotC have had a reorganisation in terms of administration functions and the like but that's ALL it is. Basically Wizards will use some of Hasbro's core functions more effectively. They will still continue to support all their usual product lines and will still continue to support everything else in the same manner. This is from the marketing manager of WotC UK - who was also at the meeting referred to!
