After unsuccessfully trying to navigate the WotC website in search of a contact for fansite (or fan-publishing) policy, I figured it might be worth asking about here. I have a specific question about the Lords of Creation property with regard to a fanzine that I'm currently self-publishing (said fanzine is dedicated to the promotion of OOP and/or obscure games).
I just recently started self-publishing the aforementioned fanzine (see .sig) and, shortly after the first issue was released, I received an email request to put together an issue dedicated to the old Lords of Creation game. I tentatively plan to publish such an issue, but first want to extend a request for permission to the IP owner/s.
I think that the rights to Lords of Creation were transferred to WotC as part of the AHG purchase (along with the AH trademark), but I am not 100% certain — which brings me back to the why I'm posting here
Does anybody know who at WotC I would need to make contact with to determine the current status of the LoC rights and/or ask permission for the aforementioned fanzine issue?
