What do you think of this? It sounds like a good idea to promote the game and improve customer service. But I do find it kinda odd that delegates won't receive new D&D line products for their efforts (e.g. Complete X books, Races of X books, etc.). Maybe you can earn these through additional efforts, but I can just picture a store owner asking about Complete X and you'll be like, "Um, sorry, I don't have that book."
