I personally would love to see the outline scheme for the 10 page semi-finalists. Some kind of framework to organize my thoughts would be great. I don't think that I could use the 100 page outline. I don't think I could write a consice 100+ pages on my world without gratification beyond my own ego.

A bunch of the one-pagers, at least, were at one time available here on ENWorld in some form.

There's a lesson in all of that. Maybe the lesson is, never ever ever enter IP into a WotC contest as the likelihood of ever seeing any gain from it, especially over a large time period, is somewhat similar to winning the lottery. Even if you produce something wonderful, you probably will not receive adequate compensation.

You notice that the only ones who gave up rights to the IP were the three finalists, who were guaranteed $20k with a 1/3 chance at $100k? Expected value of $47k for 120 pages of writing sounds like a damn fine deal to me.

No kidding. I would've happily written 120 pages for 20K, even if they had told me they were going to lock it up and never show it to anyone ever again.
