[QUOTE="LuisCarlos17f, post: 9811983, member: 6802378"] Maybe we need something style Marvel's TVA, some chronomancer guild allied with a faction of time-dragons who watched the multiverse to avoid possible disasters by rogue crononauts. For example an alternate Barovia where Strand van Zarovich made a pact with a different entity. Then Strand escaped the palace with a Taitana clone (or maybe she was the original and brother married the clone. This is very complicated). He didn't become the vampire darklord and creator of the demiplane of dread but his story didn't have a tipical happy end but the tragedy happened in a different way. Barovia was attacked by alien invaders, Strand and Taitana are killed by the invaders but they returns like "reborns". They don't need to drink blood, or at least they don't need to cause irreversible harm to innocent people but when they drink blood or absorb vital energy they become stronger. He is not really evil because his goals are to be with Taitana and to protect their people. He is honorable enough to be trusted as an ally, unless he thinks you are a fool whose actions endanger his people. Other timeline is the life-shape war in the Blue-Age Athas happened in a different way. Thanks special alien visitors from other worlds the travel to other wildspaces was possible and the nature-benders chosen the "exile". The nature-masters pursued and terminated some nature-benders but the most of these only traveled to other worlds. This should mean the blue age wouldn't end but before escaping some nature-benders left "poisonous gifts" to create a distraction and to earn time. After something and the salt water from the sea became incorporeal. Marine life was not affected, not even the air-breather creatures. if you submerged yourself underwater you could breath air and to keep air, like if you were within an illusion or a hologram simulating the sea-deep. Swimming is possible but you have to "atune" with the salty water. Of course you could shoot arrows to fish but also marine predators like sharks could attack you. In other zones the salty water wasn't only incorporeal but also invisible. Other isekai would be Mystara being "visited" by a fantasy mash-up version of Capcom's characters, or an alternate Krynnspace mixed with Disney's IPs, or Cerilia/Birthright mixed with Warner franchises.
