WotC to produce Forgotten Realms 3.5??

Nah, just the FR Player's Guide to update FR to the 3.5 rules. Basically a lot of crunchy material, and less fluff (the FRCS already took care of that, describing the region of Faerun and all).

Probably a good idea... Doubt I'll get it unless it has tons of new stuff in it.

As long as it's not just a reprint of the FRCS with new stats in it, I'd probably pick it up...but we'll just have to see exactly how useful it is. I'm not going to judge the product before it's even released.
And you know, reading that link has made me realize how lucky I am that I have this place. You are all so wonderfully friendly and helpful here at ENWorld...at that WotC board it just seemed like it was a screaming match. "they AREN'T reprinting FRCS, you ****tard! they're just revising stuff into a like a player's guide! read the quote, moron!"
