So, maybe this is simply a case of the playtesters looking at the power, comparing it to how "valuable" 3.5 implied the ability was and and erupting with squeals of "I don't like it. It's broken."*shrug*I just figured out how to calculate probability on this one, so maybe that'll lead to an explanation.</blockquote>
