Of course if you are just wanting the crazy min/maxed dwarf vs the dragon one on one it would be a good fight but I'd put my money on the Dragon (being as he can fly and would only need to hover above the Dwarf and pelt him with his breath weapon or hit him with spells {9th level caster)</blockquote>
