WotC's War Torn Novel Submission - Winner?

does anyone know the status of the war torn novel submission contect at wotc? did they choose someone yet?

also, i sent a SASE with my submission. should i have received it back if they got my submission in the mail (I never did). did anyone else get there SASE returned, or is that not the purpose of them in the first place? is there a way to check to see if they did in fact receive a submission?

I am kind of curious about this one myself. If I had to guess, I would say that they are still deciding. It has only been a couple of months or so, and I am sure they were flooded with submissions.
